Same team.

We rebuilt our own agency on one shared AI system and took new retainers from $4,500 to $12,000 a month without adding people to each account. Now we install the same system in other agencies.

The problem

Agency revenue grows one hire at a time

Most agencies can only take on more revenue by hiring. The work that decides quality sits with a few senior people, and everyone else waits on them. Giving the team ChatGPT seats doesn't change that, because the playbook still isn't in the system.

Quality depends on who's on the account

Your best thinking lives in two or three senior people's heads. Everyone else's work is only as good as the time those people can give them.

Mornings go to checking tools

The project board, Slack, design files, docs, client comments. Everyone spends the first part of the day finding out what needs doing.

Changes get lost in handoffs

The strategy changes but the brief doesn't, and the creative gets built on the old version. The client is the one who catches it.

Client feedback doesn't stick

A client tells you something once. Three weeks later someone else on the team makes the same mistake.

What's different

We run our own agency on this system

No Limit Email runs on this system every day, so what we install in your agency is already working in ours. Three things set it apart from handing your team AI accounts.

01

One system for the whole team

We load your playbook, client history, and processes into one shared system. Every person's work draws on the same knowledge, instead of whatever they remember to paste into a chat.

02

It learns from every client

Feedback on a brief, a creative, or a report is saved as a rule for that client. Next month's work already accounts for it.

03

Adoption you can measure

We train the team and track who uses which workflows, so you see adoption in numbers.

What we build

One shared AI system for your whole team

We load your playbooks, processes, and client history into one system your team works inside every day. Then we build the workflows on top of it.

01

Your playbook in the AI

Every team member works from your best thinking, including the person you hired last week.

02

Start Work

One command each morning returns a ranked list of what needs attention across every tool.

03

Briefs, copy, and creative direction

Drafted from the client's history, the plan, and your playbook. Our briefs went from 1 or 2 an hour to 40 or more.

04

Learning loops

Client feedback is saved to that client's record, and every future draft already accounts for it.

05

Downstream sync

When a brief or copy changes, the AI updates everything that depends on it and tells the right person.

06

QA and reporting

Checks before anything reaches a client, and reports built from live data. Both take us 60% less time.

07

Team training

A Teach Me command trains your people on your methods and quizzes them until they know it.

08

Usage tracking

See who uses the system and how, so AI adoption can be part of each person's KPIs.

See it in action

Every morning starts with a list

Before, each strategist opened five tools to work out their day. Now they run one command. The AI reads ClickUp, Slack, Figma, and Google Docs, then ranks what needs them.

Case study

How No Limit Email went from $4.5K to $12K retainers

No Limit Email is a retention agency for US ecommerce brands. In January 2026 we moved the whole team onto one shared AI system. By March we were selling retainers more than twice the size, serviced by the same number of people.

How it works

Diagnose, build, then grow

01

AI Ops Diagnostic

About two weeks once we have access. You get a scorecard of your agency across 9 areas, 3 to 5 workflows priced by the hours they cost you, and a plan that becomes your sprint scope. We walk you through it on a 45-minute call, and you keep everything.

$1,500 to $2,500, credited to your sprint. Free for our first three agencies.

02

Onboarding sprint

2 to 4 weeks. We build your shared AI system, load your playbooks, set up the workflows from your plan, and train your team. Every workflow has a success measure agreed before we start.

$7,500 for 10 to 20 people
$12,000 for 20 to 35 people
$15,000+ for 35 to 50 people

03

Retainer

Optional, in three levels. Run it: we maintain the system and send a monthly usage report. Grow it: new workflows and adoption coaching. Monetize it: we help you repackage and reprice your services, the change that took us from $4.5K to $12K.

From $10,000/month

  • Owners who want bigger retainers and better margins
  • Teams willing to work inside the system every day

Not a fit

  • Agencies under 10 people, for now
  • Brands looking for a freelancer to write prompts
  • Agencies that want a one-off ChatGPT workshop

Built by an agency owner

I'm Mike Galvin

I run No Limit Email, a retention agency for US ecommerce brands. I'm not a developer. Since January 2026 I've spent most of my working day in Claude Code rebuilding how my agency runs.

Other agency owners kept asking how we did it, so now we do it for them. You get the system we use every day, set up by someone who has run the same client work you do.

The name comes from our own system. Orpheus is the agent that drafts our weekly newsletter in my voice. It's one of the systems we'd set up for you.

FAQ

Questions agency owners ask

Couldn't we build this ourselves with Claude?

You could. It took us nine months of the owner's full-time focus. The sprint gets you a working version in weeks, built from what already runs in a live agency.

What if the team doesn't use it?

Adoption is part of the sprint. We train each person, track usage by person and workflow, and share the numbers with you.

Do we need developers on the team?

No. Our own team isn't technical. We set everything up and train your people to use it.

What does the diagnostic need from us?

Your SOPs and playbooks, a few examples of real work, read-only access to your project tool, a list of the AI tools you pay for, and a 10-minute survey for your team. No passwords. If you don't hire us, we remove our access.

Is our client data safe?

The system lives in your own accounts. We don't move your client data anywhere you don't control, and we set up access so each person only sees what they need.

What will AI subscriptions cost us?

Our agency spends $1,000 to $2,000 a month across the whole team. Subscriptions are paid by you directly, and we'll help you pick plans so you don't overpay.

What happens after the sprint?

You own everything we built. Keep us on a retainer to keep it growing, or run it yourselves.
